I'm trying to remember a movie

I'm pretty sure it was a movie with John Candy and Eugene Levy. There was a guy (Walter Matthau, I think) dressed as either a disheveled priest or some kind of homeless guy wearing clothes from 2,000 years ago. He was protesting and going on about saving the eucalyptus or eucalypti. I believe he was then arrested. I think he was outside of an airport.

I figured out that it was The Couch Trip, and was Dan Aykroyd, not John Candy and Eugene Levy.
